If we talk about the story of Pathan film, then the story of this film is based on two ideologies. One of them is a RAW agent who is ready to sacrifice everything for his country and the other one who goes against his own country and joins hands with the enemies of the country, his name is Jim (John Abraham).

In this film, Jim (John Abraham) is a person who was earlier a RAW agent of India. But once he and his family were taken captive by the enemies and India did not pay compensation to the enemies to release them. Because of this, enemies kill his family in front of Jim. The Government of India honored him with the Veer Award, considering him dead. But Jim somehow escaped from there. Jim feels that the Indian government did not try to save his family, so he joins hands with Pakistan to take revenge on the Indian government and create a biological weapon with the country’s enemies. This biological weapon is a type of deadly virus called a “blood seed”.

The Government of India forms a team to stop this dangerous Raktabeej virus and capture Jim. Which includes Pathan (Shah Rukh Khan). When Pathan goes on the Raktabeej mission, he meets his old enemy, former ISI agent Rubina Mohsin (Deepika Padukone). who works for Jim. During the mission, tremendous action is seen between Pathan Rubina and Jim. However, Rubina later joins Pathan after knowing the truth and joins Pathan (Shah Rukh Khan) in his mission to stop the dreaded Raktabeej virus. Will both Pathan and Rubina Mohsin together be able to stop Jim from spreading the Tuberculosis virus or not?
